Exchange & Return Policy — The Glow Cartel
No Refunds & Limited Exchanges The Glow Cartel does not offer refunds or standard exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products. Exception — Gift Exchange If you receive a Glow Cartel kit as a gift and already own the same item, you may request an exchange only if the kit is fully sealed and unused, and the request is made within 24 hours. Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the damaged item only, free of charge. Wrong Item Received If we sent the wrong item, we will handle the exchange immediately at no cost. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled or updated within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order cannot be canceled. Refund Method We do not issue refunds under any circumstances
